Ive been working on a 93 Bayou and I need some help. You can start it just fine when its cold. But if you run it for less than 30 seconds then it will not restart by using the electric starter. It will turnover but not fire. But you can drift start it for less than 2 feet and it will run just fine. It runs just fine, but has that starting problem. Can you offer any advice?

I’m looking at a rev box right now for the 400, but I’m not sure if this is the way to go. Is extending the RPM range like this bad on my engine? Does anyone else on here have any experience with them? Thanks :D

i just got a 2002 400ex and………………

when i try to start it, it tries to start and stops tries to start and stops tries to start and stops over and over, like it has the hiccups, but wont start and run. the carb is clean and it’s getting gas to the engine, the spark plug is sparking a blue spark when i hold the plug to the frame. ive put a new timing chain and stock cam shaft in it, and set the timing, and it has a new piston. anybody know the problem??

I was wonderin if anyone knew how to resest the display screen. when i do an oil change my fourwheeler still says maintnence soon? If anyone knew how to get rid of it that would be nice thanks

I have a 2007 Polaris 700 Sportsman. Bike was running fine but started sputering before the last time I parked it. Now the bike will not start. The bike turns over and is getting plenty of fuel. It acts like the spark plug is not firing. I have replaced the spark plug and spark plug wire but still it acts like it is not firing and will not start.

I am now down to checking the spark plug coil, CDI, Stator, and the trigger on the stator.

Any ideas or suggestions that can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
